Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of collectible products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless:

  • The item you received is incorrect.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:
  1. Contact us at retro613reloaded@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Note: Factory imperfections (e.g., sealed box dents, minor wrap tears) do not qualify for refunds.

Lost or Damaged Packages
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

  • Insurance coverage (if applicable) will be used to resolve claims.

Pre-Order Cancellations
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless there is a change in product availability or cancellation from the supplier.

  • Changes to release dates are out of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
