Due to the nature of collectible products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless:

The item you received is incorrect.

The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Note: Factory imperfections (e.g., sealed box dents, minor wrap tears) do not qualify for refunds.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Insurance coverage (if applicable) will be used to resolve claims.
Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders are non-refundable unless there is a change in product availability or cancellation from the supplier.

Changes to release dates are out of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
